If you want to purchase any of the courses published by West London Training Ltd (including GetPlumbing!) or make use of our website you can only do so under these terms and conditions. It is important that you read them carefully. The terms of the contract do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in anyway on this posting.

1. Customer Promise

If you are dissatisfied with our performance in any way please contact us by phone, fax or email. As a part of continued customer satisfaction we will deal with any queries or complaints you may have quickly and efficiently..

2. Cancellation Policy

West London Training Ltd is committed to quality and customer service.

If you order any of our courses from this website, you can cancel your order within the first two working days and obtain a full refund. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by post, e-mail, or fax.

If you do decide to cancel your order once you have received your course, you can do so within the first 30days after receiving the course. We will give you a full credit if the course is undamaged and still in an as-sold condition. We ask you to return the course by first-class post to our address below; we will then issue you a full credit if the course is undamaged.

3. Delivery

West London Training Ltd produces the GetPlumbing! course. When you purchase the course we aim to post this to you within 21 days.

4. Payment Policy

If you opt to pay by credit card, your card will be debited by “Hatch Publishing” or our warehouse "Marston Distribution Services" who manage all distribution, mailing and invoicing on behalf of West London Training Ltd and its courses. If you opt to pay by cheque, bank transfer, or credit card offline West London Training Ltd cannot be held responsible for any payment that is lost in transit.

5. Privacy

West London Training Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

West London Training Ltd will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform obligations under these terms and conditions, if the said delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond West London Training Ltd's control.

These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
